Refunds

Size Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

  • Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Size Exchange

  • Please contact our customer support team with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Important Notes

  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit as an alternative.
